RemoveFromPhoto

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms apply to your use of RemoveFromPhoto (the "Service"), operated by RemoveFromPhoto. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

RemoveFromPhoto is an online tool that uses AI to remove people and other unwanted elements from photos. It's currently free, with a limit of 2 removals per person per day. We may change, limit or discontinue features at any time, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable.

2. Your photos and results

  • You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the edited results.
  • You give us a limited permission to process your photo only to produce your result, as described in our Privacy Policy. We claim no other rights.
  • You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to edit it, and that editing it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • upload nudity, sexual content, or any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors;
  • upload illegal, hateful, violent or harassing content, or content that violates someone's privacy;
  • create misleading edits intended to deceive — for example fake evidence, forged documents, fraudulent listings, or images that misrepresent a real person or event;
  • get around the daily limit (for example with scripts, rotating IP addresses or repeatedly clearing cookies), scrape the Service, or overload or attack it.

Uploads are checked automatically and may be rejected. We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. AI results

Results are made automatically by AI and can contain mistakes or made-up details. The filled-in area is a guess, not what was really there. Check every result before you use or publish it.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results or uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RemoveFromPhoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or images, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (for the free Service, zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Paid plans

There are no paid plans at the moment. If we introduce them, their prices and terms will be shown before you buy anything.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the update. Questions: hello@removefromphoto.com.
